These terms apply to your use of thezotaclub.com (the "site"), run by THE ZOTA CLUB, a brand and creative studio based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it.
1. What the site is
The site shows who we are, what we do and the work we've done. Everything on it is for general information. Nothing on the site is an offer or a binding quote: every project is agreed in a separate written proposal or contract, and that document is what governs the work.
2. Our work and your brands
The design of the site, its text, illustrations and the THE ZOTA CLUB name and marks belong to THE ZOTA CLUB. The client brands, logos, products and materials shown in the Gallery belong to their respective owners and appear as examples of our work. You may share links to the site, but you may not copy, reuse, sell or modify its content, or our clients' work, without written permission.
3. Using the site
Please don't use the site to break the law, send spam or harmful content through the form, try to access parts of the site or its systems that aren't meant to be public, interfere with how it works, or collect its content in bulk with automated tools.
4. What you send us
When you send us a message, you confirm that the information is yours to share. We treat the ideas you tell us about your brand as confidential: we won't share them outside the studio without your permission, except with the providers described in our Privacy Policy. Sending a message doesn't create a working relationship or an obligation for either side.
5. News and links to other sites
The News section and the menu link to articles published by other media. We write short summaries in our own words and always link to the original source. Those articles, their images and the trademarks they mention belong to their owners; we don't control or endorse other sites and aren't responsible for their content.
6. No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, THE ZOTA CLUB won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from your inability to use it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.

1. Qué es el sitio
El sitio muestra quiénes somos, qué hacemos y el trabajo que hemos hecho. Todo su contenido es informativo. Nada en el sitio es una oferta ni una cotización vinculante: cada proyecto se acuerda en una propuesta o contrato por escrito aparte, y ese documento es el que rige el trabajo.
2. Nuestro trabajo y las marcas de nuestros clientes
El diseño del sitio, sus textos, ilustraciones y el nombre y las marcas de THE ZOTA CLUB pertenecen a THE ZOTA CLUB. Las marcas, logos, productos y materiales de clientes que aparecen en la Galería pertenecen a sus respectivos dueños y se muestran como ejemplos de nuestro trabajo. Puedes compartir enlaces al sitio, pero no puedes copiar, reutilizar, vender ni modificar su contenido, ni el trabajo de nuestros clientes, sin permiso por escrito.
3. Uso del sitio
Por favor no uses el sitio para violar la ley, enviar spam o contenido dañino por el formulario, intentar acceder a partes del sitio o de sus sistemas que no son públicas, interferir con su funcionamiento ni copiar su contenido de forma masiva con herramientas automáticas.
4. Lo que nos envías
Cuando nos envías un mensaje, confirmas que la información es tuya y puedes compartirla. Tratamos las ideas que nos cuentas sobre tu marca como confidenciales: no las compartiremos fuera del estudio sin tu permiso, salvo con los proveedores que se describen en nuestra Política de privacidad. Enviar un mensaje no crea una relación de trabajo ni una obligación para ninguna de las partes.
5. Noticias y enlaces a otros sitios
La sección de Noticias y el menú enlazan a artículos publicados por otros medios. Escribimos resúmenes cortos con nuestras propias palabras y siempre enlazamos a la fuente original. Esos artículos, sus imágenes y las marcas que mencionan pertenecen a sus dueños; no controlamos ni respaldamos otros sitios y no somos responsables de su contenido.
6. Sin garantías
Trabajamos para que el sitio esté correcto y funcionando, pero se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". No garantizamos que esté siempre disponible, sin errores o actualizado.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, THE ZOTA CLUB no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes que surjan del uso del sitio o de la imposibilidad de usarlo.
